Kia ora

Tēnā koutou katoa. Nau mai, haere mai.

After 12+ years regular service in the New Zealand Army, I decided to study Psychology to contribute to my community. During my study I re-cognized that I had buried many experiences from my past, that needed to be resolved first before helping others. This began a journey of self-discovery, self-healing and the realization, we each hold the innate strength and power to over-come any-thing.

From 2007 I have worked in a variety of different areas of Mental Health and Addiction, learning and gaining experience while searching for a place that was my calling. I never found it, until I immersed my-self into the creative world of Arts and Creative Arts Therapy. Finally, I found my place, my passion.

Creative Therapy is more than drawing and painting or moulding clay and sand. Creativity creates a direct path-way to your sub-conscious and makes conscious the answers you seek. You dont have to be an artist or creative person to do Creative therapy. Through guided self-realizations, epiphanies and knowings you begin to see, you are your own greatest teacher and the knowledge that you need is with-in you. My devotion is to help you get there.

Noho ora mai rā.
